Sometimes we have to remind ourselves to slow down and take care of ourselves. I don't know about you but I can definitely miss what my body is trying to tell me while I'm running. We set alarms for everything else so why not for self care! Here is my 7 day plan for self care:
Sunday - Set self care alarms for the next 6 days!
Monday- Find your mood in music, a book or something you enjoy.
Tuesday- Treat yourself to treat (ice cream, a movie, bubble bath, etc)😊
Wednesday - Walk it off!
Thursday - Talk to someone you enjoy talking to!
Friday - Find you Fun!
Saturday- Have it your way!
